The darling, Terri Windling, has featured my art desk and art on her blog!!!

I only know that when I sit down at my art desk, I am transported to another place...

It is where I can be messy and dream...

Tea and thoughts brew here... on blustery days and

on Summer mornings... and now it is on Terri Windling's blog...

Terri Windling is such a light-bringer. I am ever so grateful to be included in her Art Desk exploration! She has featured my antique draftsman table and the goodies that you might find on it for her blog! I am sooo delighted to have a little article about me and my art on her blog for, you see she is a shiny one, a brilliant, you know! She has an uncanny way of bringing you right with her when she writes her books, like, The Wood Wife, The Raven Queen, The Changeling, The Winter Child, A Midsummer Night's Fairytale, and more. She edits all of your favorites, check and see. If you have a book of fairytales, she has probably been part of the editing! But, you know what gives me the most joy? The way her art holds your hand. She is so sweet and the paper shows it all. Walk through this portal and follow all the paths even after reading the Art Desk articles, ( my desk and art are at the bottom) and your morning will be a brighter one for knowing her light. Thanks Terri for the idea and for the fun and for helping us meet all the artists you feature and letting us sit with them at their creative spaces!
Terri Windling has Endicott Studio and she and so many others spin fine gold for those cold, Winter nights when you want to wrap yourself in imagination.
Begin here at this link for the article and much more...

Precious dancer,

Indeed, we are not alone...and perhaps the feelings of not producing anything are just a shadow to pay no heed to...for we both teach and we never know how our creativity is really affecting our students...so I will just wait until summer to explode with my ideas. The school year is just too busy to delve into CREATIVE art ideas!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Anita
