My precious friend, it is so nice to see your comment from yesterday and to come and see that you have a new post. I know that you have been so busy this year, and school for me has been all consuming, and I don't even bring work home! I am exhausted this year, but it is a good experience to be stretch. BUT OH HOW IMPORTANT THE LIGHT IS! I choose to go towards the light, because that is the only saving grace there is in the middle of stressful situations, change that will not go back to the old way of doing things, and a world that does not believe in THE LIGHT. We are the lamps that shed this love and that is how I want to live. THESE IMAGES ARE WONDERFUL, and that last work is yours I can see. Super as always and it is so great to see you come for a visit.

What wonderful images Amy, both mental and visual! (You know, I think I may have left that same comment on one of your previous posts- it just shows how wonderful this blog is!) I love the lighting and colours in all of them. You are a talented one, aren't you!

What a beautiful quote! I often do this - especially on walks or visiting someplace new. I try to see beauty in the littlest of things. And I TRY to see it in myself. It's all about courage. :) Thank you for sharing! :) Theresa

My dear, dear friend,

I am at school, waiting for conferences to begin. There is no teaching this week due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but we teachers met this morning for some curriculum study and now the marathon begins at 12:30 to 7:45 with no break for dinner. I just want to thank you, but at this moment, my mind is frozen for the right words to express the deep gratitude and awe with which I read you lovely and warm comments. I will always carry this unnecessary but constant baggage of who I am no matter what I do. HOWEVER, I DO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A PURPOSE FOR THIS....maybe to better understand that low level student, the underdog, the struggling reader or writer...there is a reason. I will be totally healed until it is time to cloak myself in eternal garb, to be shed of this physicality and take on a new being...but for now, there will always be an awareness of the weak side to my world, but it will only depend on how I use it. THANK YOU for encouraging me and my stronger side....perhaps it is time for me to shift sides and practice more and more the weak side like someone whose weak muscles require more attention. I must go, I find myself rushing to get to my next meeting here, so this comment is not enough to express my thankfulness to you, a college prof, who understands this plight.....MUCH LOVE TO YOU AMY and merci mille fois! LOVE YOU, Anita
