Bouquet of Childhood...

My wonderful three year old presented these green "faery wands" from the yard today and asked if I could get the "pinks" (which is code for my roses) since he said they looked "sad" after all the rainstorms we had left them bowing a bit. We put them in a jar and have enjoyed them all day.

Fun sidenote~ The green "weed wands" actually bend, straighten, turn, and straighten again all day even though they are picked. It creeps out my ten year old son... ahh well... I think it is mesmerizing... ;)

Just thought I would share my "Bouquet of Childhood" for aren't bouquets from little ones the best?

Blessings to all of you.

Oh dearest kindred spirit....what a kind and magical comment you left for me. I was so tired last night after work (I only have two days left of what was unfortunately, one of those awful teaching years)....but like in my last comment, good and bad exist together...and a good teacher stays on the road towards the good. Whew...that was a tough one! But on a lighter note...we are kindred, indeed! DON'T YOU JUST LOVE THAT BLUE, AMY? And your home, after all is said and done, is going to sparkle with the love that comes from the color that YOU chose to express all of the love that you are so beautifully showing your children. That bouquet is precious, and I agree that from the hands and heart of a child, no matter what the object, it is always a bit sweeter! Enjoy that flower and its greens....he will be a man soon.

I send you twinkles of faery dust your way for a sparkling day of love! Anita

As purity and love flow from a child, so does a garden grow. No wonder the gifts and bounty are so sweet! This lovely bouquet has brightened my spirit and my day. Blessings & Hugs, Sweet Amy! Terri xoxxo
