Welcome to the soft landing, the light-filled heart. Welcome to the art of Amy Sperry Faldet.

"A story begins each moment, it ends each moment. Such a collection is amazing to behold. I will have a library full of sweetness, full of moments, as we all will, some joyous, some sad, some rough, but, definitely sweet. Yes, I will fill my life's library with sweetness and light."
~Amy

Opportunity knocks every moment.
I have been blessed with a weekend full of bliss, sunshine, loving kindnesses and a beautiful friend has asked me to teach retreats at her gorgeous farm with rolling meadows, ancient trees, a yellow brick farm house and perfectly amazing Celtic limestone fences!!! I have, therefore, been creating lessons for day classes. Every miraculous human has a story to tell, moments that get lost, a poetic heart, and an artist's eye...Opportunity, bliss, and your faerytale is always knocking at the door, all you have to do is listen. "Remember You Are the Writer of Your Own Happy Ending"

I wish I could take a class from you! What will you be teaching? I'm glad you had a wonderful weekend! Your art is lovely as always!! There's such an other-worldly quality about it, like I could just step through it into the world of the fairies...:) Silke

Silke you are such a wonderful spirit! Thanks for the amazing and descriptive comments dear friend. I will be working out the details with Nancy, but, it will be about creating a keepsake book that has the artist's quotes which I will show them my techniques in how to write and describe something like a found berry, or a glittering glass doorknob;) My goal is to scatter joy! I will show you how to create a faerytale, a memoir, a "noticing" on our retreat together. By the end of our lessons, all of you will be able to create a storybook, fully study a subject in order to draw it with simplicity and grace, write your own sweet quotes using the techniques I demonstrate, and create a keepsake that shows us all that sometimes the smallest, simplest, creation can be the beginning of a realization that we truly are the writers of our own faerytale, our own story. It is in seeing and savoring something small that you realize that life really is the greatest miracle and faerytale come true...

Wow... Amy. The color is so easy on my eyes, and they aren't good lately. Your art makes me want to jump in and swim through your colors. I 'heart' these and your comments!
